This job is for a Graphic Designer who will take responsibility for various print and digital media, such as game packaging, printed ads, apparel designs (t-shirts) and online media, along with assisting our web designer to create website visuals. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with writing copy for products as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Japanese Working Visa
- 1+ years experience in both both digital and print media
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Ability to design from concept to finish
- Experience in both digital and print design (t-shirts, packaging, print advertising)
- Knowledge of Pantone colors and RGB to CMYK conversion
- Good written English skills
- JLPT Level 3 or better

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
- Experience in website visuals/UI creation
- Knowledge of anime, manga and "otaku" culture, especially current trends and popular blogs/websites.
- Knowledge of American and Japanese memes, such as those found on Pixiv, 2ch and 4chan.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary is 270,000-320,000 yen per month depending on experience, plus twice-annual bonuses based on personal and overall company performance, with annual raises and flexible vacation time. Additionally, a company car will be provided (gasoline and related costs being your responsibility), along with assistance with an apartment (key money covered by us).
