OneUP English school provides order-made lessons for our individual clients in a one-on-one lesson style.

For 5 consecutive years, we have achieved a high satisfaction rate from more than 98% of our clients thanks to the dedicated service to our clients from our professional Japanese staff and high quality instructors, lessons, and our materials.

In spite of the recent economic downturn, we have managed to keep our business strong and growing. Therefore, we welcome any individual who is seeking a professional working environment.

We have stylish offices and lesson rooms in Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Ginza, Ebisu and Tokyo Yaesu. All of our offices are located within 3 minutes on foot from JR or Tokyo Metro stations.

We are currently seeking motivated, sincere, and professional instructors who understand how English works to join us in our expanding school. In addition to teaching all areas of English, you will be developing our in-house materials, and need to be creative.

■Qualification requirements

・At least 1 year teaching experience

・Currently reside in the Kanto Area

・Native English speaker

・Professionalism

・Interest in learning Japanese culture

・Conducting Lessons and assessing students

・Design and construction of original teaching materials

・Office duties

・Earnings potential ￥200,000 - ￥250,000 per month
depending on the number of days you can work.
(￥6,000-￥10,000 on weekdays and ￥8,000-￥14,000 on weekends)

・Provide honest feedback for improvement

・Pay raise system based on ability
