Description

The McGill MBA Japan Program of the Desautels Faculty of Management is searching for a Director's Assistant. The Director's Assistant works with the Program Director to ensure the delivery of the McGill MBA Japan program.
This role comprises a very wide range of activities, including communicating with members of the public, communicating and assisting students in the McGill MBA Japan Program, book keeping and records keeping, data inputting, event planning and preparation, and general office duties. This role requires very high level communication ability in Japanese and English both spoken and written. The Director's Assistant will also help maintain the Director's Schedule, make appointments, and participate in various recruiting activities, and plan and organize various student-related events and activities.
This role involves interaction with contacts at all levels within a wide variety of organizations.

The McGill MBA Japan program is delivered on weekends in Nishi-Shinjuku, and this role will require occasional weekend work, depending on our class schedule.
