内部営業パーソンが挑戦していくこと、それは、

「プロジェクト活動の実行マネジメント、そして顧客、モダニティ、セールスチーム間を包括的に調整していくこと。」

その役割とは、

-積極的に先回りしてターゲットへのコンタクトをもってコミュニケーション展開し、モダニティの製品ラインナップに関心をいだかせる。
-外部営業パーソンと得意先のための、提案と製品情報の準備。
マーケティング・キャンペーンの指揮、進行。見込み客に関する緻密な戦略マップ作成、元来のビジネス業態や決定権者、決定プロセスの動向を探る。
-有用または批評的な情報が盛り込まれた詳細なデータベースの構築のため、得意先、エンドユーザーとの会話を通し、CRMツールに正確な記録をつける。
-市場戦略実行とプログラムへの参加。
-顧客へのアフターケア・サポート。

-必要条件:

-技術分野での3年以上の経験(電気、オーディオ等)
-PCスキル上級、熟達レベル
-電子製品に関するあらゆる情報の読解、理解、翻訳能力
-顧客への信頼性ある技術サポート対応。
-組織編成力があり、目的を見据えて行動ができる方。

The challenge of the Inside Sales Representative in a few words:

The role of Inside Sales Representative is to manage the implementation of project activities and provide overall coordination between clients, Modernity and with the sales team.

Your contribution in this role:

- Proactively work on leads, opening a line of communication with key contacts and create interest in Modernity’s range of products.
- Prepare proposals and product information for the external sales team and distributors.
- Conduct prompt follow-up to marketing campaigns, create an accurate map of prospects, identify their primary business situation, decision-makers and profile their decision making process.
- Meticulously record activities in the CRM tool regarding conversations with clients and end-users to build an accurate database of useful information, capturing all critical information.
- Participate in the implementation of market strategies and programs
- Provide aftercare support to clients

The ideal candidate in a few words

Requirements:
- 3+ years Experience in technical field (electronics, audio…)
- Highly proficient level computer skills
- Ability to read, understand and translate various information on electronic products,
- Confident in answering technical questions to clients,
- Well organized and goal focused
