Part-Time Kindergarten Teacher's Assistant needed

at International Children's Garden (Kindergarten at NPO Gateway International Center)

Hours: 8:30 - **4:30** Monday - Friday(Days and hours negotiable)
15 week days paid vacation to be taken during school break + most of Japanese bank holidays.

This position is perfect for those looking to gain experience before entering a bigger international school and who wish to hone their already learned skills, as well as to aid their own personal growth.

Native speaker and ESL for children experience is a must, and immersion experience or a background in early childhood would be a bonus.

3. Upon acceptance, schedule an initial interview.
4. Upon acceptance, schedule a teaching observation. (we will observe you working with our children for one hour)
5. Upon acceptance, schedule a final interview.

The Children’s Garden is a multi age, multi-cultural international kindergarten located in Fujisawa, Kanagawa

Our all English program encourages self motivated learning by encouraging the children to discover the joys of creativity and to learn at their own pace. We provide a fun and adventurous value oriented humanistic environment appropriate for 2 1/2 to 6 year olds. Our curriculum is organic, progressive, child centered. A fusion of methods are utilized to provide a natural developmentally appropriate practice and an atmosphere where a child’s inherent desire to learn is recognized and fostered, not forced or limited.
