Heart English School is seeking staff to work in our main office in Mito, Ibaraki. The job consists of various tasks involving the recruitment process, including searching, interviewing, and corresponding with applicants. Other office related work and tasks in all areas of the company would be gradually introduced as the employee becomes accustomed to the environment.

We seek people who are, above all, flexible, goal-oriented, and positive. Teaching experience, good Japanese ability, and the ability to drive are all positive aspects in a candidate, but we are most interested in finding fresh, eager people who want to focus on new tasks and responsibilities.
