・Answering new inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via email and phone, providing detailed information about our services and available properties.

・Follow-up with existing customers: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and ensuring their satisfaction.

・Showing properties to customers: Accompany customers, both foreigners and occasional Japanese clients, to property viewings, providing detailed explanations and assistance throughout the process.

・Creating original content in English: Develop engaging and informative content in English for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.

・Updating the website in English: Regularly update and maintain the company's website with accurate and up-to-date information in English, ensuring a user-friendly experience for international clients.

・Occasional translation duties: Assist with translation tasks, including website content, marketing materials, and other relevant documents, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate translations.

・Finding new ways to promote our services: Continuously explore and work with other departments to help implement innovative strategies to promote our services, leveraging various channels such as the web, YouTube, etc.

・Native or Fluent English level required.
・Business Japanese level required.
・Knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
・Excellent communication skills as well as a business mindset.
・Comfortable speaking in front of other people (during viewings for example).
・Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
・Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
・Has excellent organizational skills

・Must be currently living in Japan

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred, but not mandatory. However, a strong interest in real estate is essential.

・10:00~19:00 (1-hour lunch break)
・2 days off per week (Wednesday+ 1 extra day of your choice)
・120 days off per year, National Holidays, Summer & Winter holidays (5 days each), Paid Holidays

・Annual Income:¥3.5M~¥5.0M
※ Start salary based on your experience & abilities
※ 3 months trial period

・Salary raised twice per year (based on personal results)
・Bonuses twice per year (based on global results)
・50,000yen rent allowance if you move into one of our Social Apartments
