Teaching English (substitute teacher) using a designed learning program (GrapeSeed) in an assigned kindergarten. Daily duties include leading GrapeSeed lessons and participating in other school activities. Assist managers of English department (making schedules, help to organize events, train new teachers)

・Japanese level: at least N3 level, conversational (not basic)
・Experience with teaching kindergarten and elementary school children
・An honest passion for working and interacting with children
・A good singer, as there are many songs in lessons
・A strong sense of responsibility
・Grapeseed experience is highly preferred
・An outgoing personality
Hourly wage: 2000 yen
Transportation allowance up to 30,000 JPY

Working Days & Hours：
Monday to Friday, some Saturdays (These Saturdays are usually for school events, and may be made-up another day, or extra pay will entail).
The daily work schedule:
Mon., Wed., Fri.: 11:00-18:00 or 11:00-19:00 with a 1-hour break.
Tue., Thu: 10:00-17:00 (it`s possible to negotiate about the schedule).

Classroom Description/ Student Age:
Toddlers (3 years old)
Children / Preteens (4-12 years old)
Up to 20 students per class.
Usually Saturday and Sunday, public holidays, ten days of flexible leave, and in accordance with the assigned school's calendar: Spring, Summer, Winter holidays.
Candidates that pass the initial screening will be invited to have an interview. Following the decision to hire, teachers will go through a short training and an extended training course if required. After the training period, the teacher will be assigned to the kindergarten which is located in Yokohama city. The training period is fully paid.
