Requirements

Job Outline

We are looking for office support staff to join our busy Human Resources team. Our team is small with 7 members currently working across a range of HR functions, so we are looking for someone to help us to keep on top of email communications, applicant tracking, on boarding procedures and general administration.

We work in a bilingual office, so if you are able to communicate in Japanese it is appreciated. The job itself will involve only communicating in English however.

The position is likely to grow into a full-time position as the department grows.

The ideal person
- Should have some previous experience working in an administrative role.
- Should be flexible and able to cope with fast communication and regular changes.
- Should be able to manage the communication flow between Kinder Kids and prospective. applicants, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Will be friendly, organized and easy to work with.

Our OS is either Mac or PC, so you will be able to choose the one that helps you be the most efficient.

We can work with any schedule, up to 25 hours per week. This can be morning or afternoons as suits your schedule.

We will be conducting interviews online initially so you should have access to a device that has a camera.
