Preschool Teacher Assistant - THIS IS NOT AN ESL/EAL POSITION（期限切れ）

We are recruiting for Learning Assistant positions at our junior infant international prep school for IMMEDIATE start and for AUGUST 2020.

Position:
K1 and K2 assistant educators (these are infant classes ages are 15 months to 3 years old), Please note: this includes helping with nappy changing and other care that this age group requires.

We need educators who understand purposeful play, assessing and documenting learning as well as maintaining international standards in teaching and learning.

A little about us:
We are an accredited International Baccalaureate (IB) school running the Primary Years Program (PYP) in our 3-6 age group and a ‘Reggio inspired approach’ to learning centre in our infants room (15 months - 2 years old).
We are recognized and registered with TAIP (Tokyo Association of International Preschools) and attend a variety of internationally recognized training for Early Years, (paid for by us).

We have 16 different nationalities at our school and growing and as a result we are now searching for the best of the best! Our team of educators are motivated, inspiring, think-outside the box kind of people. We value best practice in the early years and want people who do as well. We are not a part time job! Our team comes from and has taught all over the world, and due to promotions and larger than expected enrollment, our search has begun.

Desirable candidates will have -

Experience: 2 or more years at a recognized international school (preferably not a local school) in the Early Years (preferred)
Experience with babies, managing expectations of curriculum and outcomes related to the EYFS curriculum and a love of play.
Experience in EYFS (UK curriculum) very advantageous.

Hours: 40 hrs per week (set) shifts range from 8-3, 8-4, 9-5 Monday to Friday only.
Wage: depending on EYFS experience 242,650 Monthly
