Veritas Institute of Education is an international school whose headquarters is located in Kagoshima prefecture, Kagoshima City. The Chairman of the Board of Veritas is Ryoichi Nagata. Dr. Nagata is the CEO of Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, Ltd.( Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange ). Dr. Nagata's vision for the students of Veritas is to give them a chance of having a truly international education and creating a global mindset contributing not only to themselves but society as well. Our foundation consists of an international kindergarten, English schools and a Corporate educational program. We are looking to dispatch a teacher to PPD SNBL's Tokyo office located in Tsukiji, Tokyo. The teacher will be employed and have a contract with Veritas Institute of Education in Kagoshima City. The teacher will coordinate with our global team located in Kagoshima City in order to develop teaching materials for the PPD SNBL students. Management and supervision of the Veritas teacher will be conducted from our Kagoshima office via Skype, telephone and email.
Upon their visitations to the PPD SNBL Tsukiji office, class progress reports will need to be presented.


PPD SNBL (Pharmaceutical Product Development LLC - Shin Nippon Biomedical Laboratories, Ltd.), one of the largest clinical development service providers in Japan, was formed when PPD entered into a joint venture with SNBL in April of 2015. This company brings together PPD's global resources and clinical trial expertise with SNBL's nearly 20 years of history and in-depth knowledge of providing clinical development services for biopharmaceutical companies in Japan.

Teaching position
Will begin with a one-year contract and an extension will be offered based on performance. Interviews for this position will be conducted in Tsukiji, Tokyo or via Skype.

Teaching duties
The students are employees of PPD SNBL and are required to learn business English. They are dispatched to medical facilities, and the English taught to them will need to be related to their work.

Class size: 4-8 students
Classes/day: 4-5 60-minute classes


We at Veritas will give preference to those who already live near PPD SNBL's Tokyo office.
I.E. Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, and Ibaraki.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM with a 1 hour lunch break.
Holidays: Standard Japanese calendar holidays
After 6 months of working for Veritas you will receive 10 days of paid vacation.
Social insurance and transportation fee are allocated.
Bonus：Performance-based, completion of contract bonus.
