We are a medium sized school in Izumiotsu, Osaka looking to hire a fun, friendly teacher from April 2020. We hope to find an experienced teacher who will care about the students as much as we do. Our small team must work together for the betterment of the students and for our own self-improvement. Regular training, observation, and feedback is provided throughout employment.

The curriculum and textbooks have been decided for each class. The student levels are not mixed, and new students do not join existing classes without prior experience. We also have many young learners, especially kindergarten, so being fun and energetic--not being afraid to sing and dance--is a must. Being funny is also a big plus.
We teach a phonics-based curriculum, so experience teaching phonics is also a plus. Lessons and homework will be talked about and should be planned and prepared ahead of time.
The first weeks of employment will be a training period to get the new teacher acclimated to the students, environment, and students. The trainee will be paid at full salary but will be on a probationary period for 30 days from the start of employment.
We are really excited to find the right candidate. If you are fun, friendly, easy going, and like kids, then this job could be just right for you.
