Our client is looking for a motivated, talented candidate for the IT Helpdesk role. The role is mainly responsible for internal helpdesk support.
★ A marketing consulting firm that collects and analyzes information from the healthcare industry and provides intelligence to medical sites such as pharmaceutical companies and doctors.
-In-house IT maintenance and operation as in-house IT staff.
-Business collaboration with IT department subcontractors.
-Business reports and proposals to the group (telephone / email in English)
-Planning and proposals for future internal IT infrastructure improvements
■ Japanese business level (JLPT N2 certified )
■ English business level
■ IT knowledge (office365 environment / Mac )
Compensation and Benefits:
- 3,500,000 ~ 5,000,000 JPY per annum, salary commensurate with experience and ability with due consideration.
