- Customer Service Orientated Mindset
- Basic Computer Skills ( Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Windows 10 O/S )
- Typing Speed of 55 ~ 80 WPM
- Bilingual in English & Japanese ( All Work Done via PC, Low-Level Kanji Comprehension OK )
You will be working out of our office in Shibuya handling customer inquiries electronically and over the phone at your work station. Customers are strictly English speaking individuals but you will handle the Japanese back end staff who will assist in providing the services ordered.
Attention to detail and being able to work under a high-pressure environment is a must. You will be required to multi-task and prioritize work on the fly as you see fit thus being able to think independently is a quality you must have.
Business Hours: 24-hour operation, 365 days a year.
*Applicants with full-time availability and no restrictions on what hours they work are highly preferred*
Japanese Citizen or Resident with FULL WORKING RIGHTS ( Spouse / Child of Japanese / Permanent Resident or Long Term Resident )
Trial period is three months at the rate of 1,300YEN per hour. ( Increased pay rates are given from 22:00 to 05:00 at 1.25x over the base rate )
After a successful trial period, you will be paid at 1,500 YEN per hour + Sales Commissions ( Increased pay rates are given from 22:00 to 05:00 at 1.25x over the base rate ) / or go to a Full-Time "seishain" position on a permanent contract.
Sales commissions are a percentage of the total sales taken by the individual and paid out individually monthly / as a team quarterly ( 4 times a year )
