Plumber
Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures. Fixes domestic appliances, such as dishwashers and gas cookers. Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations.

Facilities Engineer
We are looking for experienced Facilities Engineer to work in any of the properties that we manage. The position could involve going to different locations around Tokyo. As a Facility Engineer you will be required to take care of facility maintenance, i.e. maintaining and repairing property assets as needed.

In this position you will have a broad scope of responsibilities, but most importantly to keep our facilities up and running in good condition.

Work by shifts
Monthly salary: JPY 270.000 ~ 330.000

Transportation fees will be provided
