Because our current secretary will be on maternity leave and we have expanded our business, we hire a new secretary.

We welcome a bilingual speaker in English and Japanese!

■Job description
As a secretary, please support our CEO and assist to control corporate functions.
e. g.
-Making contact documents
-Assist the sales team
-Employees' data management
-payroll accounting
*Occasionally, you work in the headquarters located in Saitama

You will also play the role of a translator for the CEO.

■Work Place
- Madoyama-cho, Shibuya-ku
- Kushibiki, Fukaya-shi, Saitama


■Requirements
【MUST】
- Business level in Japanese
- Business level in English
- Drivers license

【Preferred】
- long-run worker

■Work Hours
9:00~18:00 (1 hour break included)

■Salary
Annual income 3,600,000 yen ~ (negotiable)

■Holiday
- Sunday
- National holidays
(You will have at least more than 6 days off a month)

■Treatment
- Transportation expenses are covered
- Employment insurance
- Health insurance

■Remarks
There is a probationary period (about two months)
