Full-time Preschool Teacher（到期)

COSMO☆KIDS is looking for an experienced teacher to work in the Preschool Program with children of ages 1-6, and in Afterschool Program with children of ages 4-12. Since our opening in April 2017, we have grown rapidly and successfully in both programs and are now seeking for a new full-time teacher to join our team to grow even more! We provide quality education for the children in a home-like, stimulating and safe environment. A great team-player with any nationality are welcome to apply.

【POSITION】
Full-time Teacher

【EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS　& BENEFITS】
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday/8 hours with 60 minutes rest period.
Work on Saturday 4 times a year for school events. (Additional allowance will be paid)
Regular Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, School holidays.
Leaves: Paid leave (5days on first year), 5-7 seasonal holidays in summer, spring, and winter, maternity leave, childcare leave, compensatory leave, congratulation leave, condolence leave.
Bonuses (full time): twice a year,
Transportation Expenses: Up to 30,000 yen

【REQUIREMENTS】
English: Native Level/ Advanced Level
Currently residing in Japan with a proper visa.
TESOL Certificate, other teaching qualifications, experience working with young children is preferred.

【DUTIES】 Teachers’ duties include but not limited to:
*Supervising children, giving the required care and attention to the students.
*Planning and executing of age and developmentally appropriate learning objectives, curriculum, lesson and activities.
*Preparation of lesson materials and room for the day’s activities.
*Encouraging independence and developmental growth in all the children and especially the desire to learn and give them a sense of the joy to be found in learning.
*leading and guiding children during evacuation and emergency situations.
*Showing initiatives in helping other teachers when needed.
*Building stronger relationship and bonding between children, parents, and co-teachers.
*Attending seminars, workshops, First Aid/CPR courses, and sharing information with the team.
