WING Inc. is now hiring Full-time English Instructor at a Private High School in Chiba, Kashiwa City starting from April 2019

Location: Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture
Grade level: Senior High School students
Starting period: April 2019
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:00-17:00
1 year renewable contract depending on performance

Duties:
maximum of 20 lessons per week
Team teaching and / Solo teaching
Grading, checking homework’s
Making tests
Grade input to schools system
Creating lesson plans & teaching materials (organized and filed digitally) and implementing them in class.
Helping the students for their preparation for college examination
Oral communication lesson
Attend school events (Open school, Sports day, etc.) some events will be held on weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:
-Monthly base of 260,000 yen
-Transportation fee will be reimbursed up to 20,000 yen monthly
-Required to apply Social Insurance (Includes: Health Insurance, Pension and Unemployment insurance)
-National holidays, Weekends are paid off.
-Paid holidays will be applied after working for 6 months straight
-VISA sponsorship available

Requirements:
Must be a Native English Speaker
Must hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Must be friendly, outgoing, and easy to work with
Must be positive thinker, be a team player
teaching experience at a JHS and SHS a plus
TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certification a plus
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or Teaching license
VISA sponsorship available for qualified candidates already living in Japan
