Popular real estate developer "Global Agents" is launching a new series of lifestyle hotels across Japan called "THE LIVELY." The first location will open this July in Fukuoka City's bustling Hakata District, and two more premium locations opening few months later in Osaka and Tokyo.

THE LIVELY will offer guests a unique toss-up of urban street-art aesthetics and a high-tech smart-hotel experience. Music also represents a big part of THE LIVELY experience and guests will be able to enjoy unique beats from professional DJs and a specifically curated music soundtrack during their stay.

Since the hotel is brand new, set-up to open JULY 2019, Global Agents is currently looking for new staffs to develop and run this new hotel in Fukuoka. Although the hotel is opening in July 2019, you can request to start as soon as possible as help is already needed on site (setting-up, training, etc).

・Guest relation
・Hotel reservation management

・Creating and maintaining the hotel and Global Agents' brand & image
・Occasional translation duties

↑ Those tasks will be divided between each person in charge in the team ↑

<REQUIREMENTS>
・Being able to communicate smoothly in Japanese and English with customers and partners
・Other language skill is a plus
・Must be currently living in Japan
・No hotel experience required, as long as you have a challenging spirit and a good sense of responsibility.
・Able to think quick and rationally, with different approach and perspectives, without being limited by the industry practices.
・Having a sens of hospitality
・Good communication skills
・Being able to value teamwork

<WORK HOURS>
・8 hours shift (1-hour lunch break)
・Each shift can be negotiated anytime between 7:00AM and 11:00PM (Night Shift also available)
・2 days off per week (shift negotiable)
・National holidays, Summer & Winter holiday, Paid holiday and miscellaneous holidays available

<SALARY/BENEFITS>
・Annual Income：¥3.5M~¥5M
※ Start salary based on your experience & abilities
※ 3 months trial period
