Description
■Job Description
Seeking highly qualified, professional teachers to be team members at an elite Tokyo based English Coaching School.
■Qualify
Applicants should be a native speaker of English with a professional background in business. An understanding of teaching language proficiency is a plus. Also being able to speak business level Japanese is preferred.
■Details
You will be in charge of the following tasks:
・ Daily follow-up emails: Every business day
・ Progress Checks with students: Every two weeks
・ Initial consultation
・ English Lessons
The Progress Check is a bi-weekly speaking and listening test.
The initial consultation is a one-to-two-hour meeting between you and a client before the program starts. It includes a level check, goal-setting, choosing text books, explaining how to study (shadowing, and memorizing phrases) and formulating a study plan for the students.
You must be creative and reliable, with some business background. Interest in teaching business English to professionals is a must.

Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 pm to 9:15 pm (weekdays)*
9:15 am to 6:00 pm (Saturday)*
*Including 1-hour break
