For the veteran ALT looking for that next step, a career in HR management is an excellent way to utilize your knowledge at a higher level. You'll still have the opportunity to teach on occasion as a reserve teacher, but you'll also be working in an office environment specializing in different fields such as recruitment, training or curriculum development. It's a challenging but highly rewarding job, and a chance to develop and utilize skills beyond those learned in the classroom.

As we are diversify to new areas, we are searching for applicants willing to work in more semi-rural and rural areas. This may include longer commuting times and require a degree of self-reliance as you go out into the field. The ability to drive or intention to acquire a Japanese Driver's license is essential for this position.

As you'll also be working in a mainly Japanese environment, most emails and meetings in the company will be in Japanese, so you should be able to converse freely in Japanese and be willing to learn more.

Preconditions / 前提条件

- 学位あり
- ALT経験あり(2年以上)
- 日本語でビジネスコミュニケーションスキル ※会話力・聴解力:上級(N2以上)、読解力・文章力:上中級
- コンピュータ能力 (typing, word processing and basic data entry)、Microsoft WordやExcelなど経験あり。
- 国内運転免許保有 (取得予定者でも可)
- 大宮(埼玉)または甲府(山梨)に通勤できる。*

*Applicants may also be asked to work in other areas on occasion. Applicants should be willing to move if necessary.

Preferred Points / 求める点:

While not required, preference will be given to applicants possessing one or more of the following:
- 人事実務経験あれば尚可(もしくは人事業務を学ぶ意欲がある方)
- ヒューマンスキル、問題解決力、コミュニケーション力
- 写真編集/描画プログラム、ソーシャルメディアなどの経験

Job Expectations / 主な業務内容

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- 採用後のALT(外国語指導助手)に対する継続的な研修の実施
- ALT欠勤時の代行
- 教材開発・研修資料作成
- 学校での教員向け研修補助 (主に夏の期間)
- 採用活動補助(書類審査・面接実施・応募者管理)
