Client support for satellite broadcasting rentals

Location: Yokohama line, Nakayama station

This company is a provider of multichannel pay TV broadcasting and satellite communications in Japan, and the largest in Asia and Oceania.

You will be responsible for answering inquiries from different clients overseas (USA, Korea, India, Taiwan, etc.) by email, chat and telephone.
It is a call center open 24 hours. The client support team has a very international environment.

Necessary skills
- English fluent level
- Japanese conversational level or above
- Previous work experience

Preferred skills
- Computer skills
- Customer support experience
- Knowledge of wireless or broadcasting systems

Desired personality
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work for more than 6 months


Contract type: 3 months dispatch, renewable (long term OK)
Full time

Hourly salary: ￥1700～2100 (daytime); ¥2125~2625 (night shift) + transportation allowances

Working hours
Weekdays: 8：30‐16：30／15：30‐22：30／22：00~9：00／9：30‐17：30
Weekends, national holidays: 8：30‐21：00／20：30~9：00
