Job Summary:
Develop creative concepts and products to effectively promote Club events to customers through Digital and Print channels.
Provide art direction, set design policy and guidelines, design, produce and oversee consistency of communications products such as online promotions, the club’s monthly magazine, website, menus, displays and membership marketing materials. Work with the Communications Director in creation and maintenance of the visual components for each outlet’s marketing and brand concepts while keeping team members apprised of them. Insure a professional and cohesive image – through design application – in all Tokyo American Club communication materials. Work as a key member of the leading the design team and supporting the editorial team.

Job Tasks (Duties):
1. Interpreting marketing concepts into visual concepts, design and production of Club web, print and other marketing/communications products within project budgets and deadlines
2. Liaise with Management, Club Staff and Members to develop projects
3. Promote design discussion and solicit ideas from the Communications team through formal and informal brainstorming sessions
4. Maintain and develop working systems an iterative creative process
5. Provide art direction to both design and editorial teams
6. Keep the Marketing & Communications Director informed of work schedule, deadlines and potential problems
7. Responsible for leading magazine design and layout within scope provided by Communications Director
8. Responsible for overseeing visual and brand consistency in Club social media
9. Shall set visual branding guidelines
