At Tokyo American Club we are looking for few experienced kitchen staff (Cook 2-3) for our dynamic kitchen team.
The operation scale is quite large to satisfy our valued members days and nights and we are proud of ourselves to cater for every needs.

We divide the Kitchen section into 4 sections that are, Family Dining, Casual Adult Dining, and Banquet Kitchen. You will be posted to one of the sections depending on your experience and career aspiration.

【Family Dining Kitchen （Rainbow Café / Café Med)：Approx. 220 for capacity】
Buffet style family-friendly dining with California Style cuisine. This kitchen also caters for Café Med that is a la cart restaurant next to Rainbow Café.
Open for Breakfast to Dinner every day.

【Fine Dining Kitchen （Chop Steakhouse)：Approx. 60 seats+ Private Dining Room ＋ Chef's table】
Our fine dining for the members to celebrate their special days and formal business dinners that requires the extensive service.
We hold winery dinners on regular basis which are catered by this kitchen as well.

【Banquet Kitchen ： Approx. 250 sit down dinners in ballroom】
The most flexible and creative members are contributing in this team for our members to hold their special occasions as they like.

麻布にある国際会員制クラブ内、複数あるレストランにて調理スタッフを募集しております（正社員）。
会員のあらゆるニーズに応えるために、ご家族連れでも楽しめるビュッフェスタイルのレストランからビジネスシーンにも使える高級感溢れるファインダイニングまで、用途に分けた6つの及び宴会場を保有しており、今回はファミリーダイニングキッチン（ビュッフェスタイル）とファインダイニングでそれぞれ1名を募集いたします。
【ファミリーダイニングキッチン（Rainbow Café / Café Med)：約220名のキャパシティ】
どなたでもカジュアルに楽しめるビュッフェレストランで、カリフォルニアテイストのメニューをご用意しています。
隣接するCafé Medへの提供もカバーしており、アラカルトで朝食からディナーまでほぼ毎日営業します。
【ファインダイニングキッチン（Chop Steakhouse)：約60名+プライベートダイニング＋シェフズテーブル】
ビジネスディナーやスペシャルな日のお祝いをするための、13-17歳の方は必ず成人された方のご同伴をお願いしているフォーマルなレストランです。
定期的に企画されるワインとのペアリングを楽しむワイナリーディナーもこちらで開催されます。
シェフズテーブルもご予約に応じて対応しているため、クラブ内でも随一の精鋭が揃っているチームです。
多くの店舗で幅の広い料理を提供しているため、将来の志向性に合わせてキャリアパスを構築できるのが強みです。
