ZenMarket is a global company dealing with customers from all around the globe. Our goal is to make buying Japanese goods online as smooth as possible. We are constantly expanding and we are looking for a great person to begin our Malaysian version.

Who we are looking for:
Someone with good communication skills, who has experience in a business setting, and who brings a positive influence to their surroundings.
Someone who can work ambitiously and grow with our company.
Must be able to cooperate with people of different ages, nationalities. and backgrounds in a professional work setting.

Duties include:
Supporting Malaysian customers and dealing with their claims etc.
Overseeing Malaysian digital marketing efforts (no experience needed)
Supervising operators

Necessary qualifications:
Business Level Japanese
Business Level English
Native Malaysian level

Bonus qualifications:
Experience working with small to medium-sized companies
Experience in digital marketing

仕事内容
マレーシア語のお客様とのやりとり、クレーム対応など、カスタマーサポート。
マレーシア語圏のWEBマーケティング全般（経験がなくてもOKです）
担当オペレーターの管理

必須条件
ビジネスレベルの日本語力
ビジネスレベルの英語力
ネイティブレベルのマレーシア語力

歓迎要件
中小規模の企業での経験
ＷＥＢマーケティング経験
