Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job location: Narita, Japan
Position: Permanent Full time
Salary yearly: 4M-6M yens per year
Salary Term: Depending on your experience
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

Job description:
• Give technical support according to methods and processes in place
• Diagnose systems in order to do the necessary repairs
• Build repair quotes
• Participate in the Inventory management process
• Act as an advisor to product Specialists for concerns about repairs
• Manage reception and shipping of systems
• Collaborate in the evolution of repair procedures

• プロセスに応じて技術サポートを提供する。
• 必要な修理を行うためにシステムを診断する。
• 修理見積を作成する。
• 在庫管理プロセスに参加する。
• 修理に関する懸念がある場合は、製品スペシャリストのアドバイザーとして行動する。
