・iOS版自社サービスの開発及び、新たな試みとして開始しているiOS版大手小売企業公式アプリの開発

■職場環境の特徴
エンジニアは国籍もバックヤードもそれぞれ違う、多種多様なメンバーが集っています。
現在約10名からなる開発チームには日本以外にアメリカ・フランス・中国・韓国出身のエンジニアで構成されており、半数は海外出身のエンジニアです。⽇経ビジネス「すごい組織100」にも選出された少数精鋭のチーム⼀員と切磋琢磨しながら、真の自己成長を試行できる環境が用意されています。

また、サービス開発は100%内製化しているので、メンバーの発案をダイレクトかつスピーディにプロダクトに実装することが可能な環境です。 同時に、メンバーひとりひとりには指示待ちではなく、主体性を持って自社プロダクトのあるべき姿を深く考える姿勢が求められています。
エンジニアチームはまだ少数です。大企業ではなかなか味わえない「自身が携わった案件がプロジェクト内で埋もれることなく、アプリを通して世の中に確実に浸透していく醍醐味」があります。

■ Features of the work environment
Our engineers are different nationalities and background, and a wide variety of members gathered.
Currently, the development team of about ten people consists of engineers from the United States, France, China, Korea, other than Japan, half of whom are overseas born engineers. We are preparing an environment where you can try your true self-growth while trying hard with some of the small teams elected also to the Nikkei Business "Wonder organization 100".

Also, since service development is 100% in-house, it is an environment where member ideas can be directly and quickly implemented in products. At the same time, each member is not waiting for instructions, but a posture that deeply thinks about what the company's products should be with the subjectivity is being sought.
There are still a few engineering teams. There is a real pleasure of surely penetrating the world through the application without being buried within the projects that the project involved himself has not been able to taste in a large company.
