★業務内容
クライアント企業である大手自動車メーカーやTier1企業、関連サプライヤー、各メーカー様をはじめ、利用時品質の向上を目的とした車載系ソフトウェアやその他組込みソフトウェア設計・開発をお任せします。

【具体的な仕事内容】
■車載系ソフトウェア設計・開発
■デザインコンサルティングからソフトウェア開発までの受注案件（クライアントワーク）や機械学習領域のコンサルティングからソフトウェア開発までの受注案件の組込み系ソフトウェア設計・開発
■自社ソフトウェア設計・開発
大手自動車メーカーや関連サプライヤーと協業して超上流であるコンセプト開発の段階から参加し、自社のプロダクトの車載系ソフトウェアや組込み系ソフトウェア開発を行っていただきます。週数回、お客様先へ訪問し、エンジニア独自の視点を活かし、積極的な発言が可能です。

☆ユニット制を導入
一つひとつのプロジェクトに、すべてチーム単位で取り組んでいます。 規模にもよりますが、
人数は2～3名から数十人規模まで。基本的には1人ひとつのプロジェクトを3～6カ月担当します。
個人の希望やキャリア形成を重視したプロジェクトアサインをしています。"

Design engineering department

[Specific job content]
■ Software design and development / ADAS
■ Embedded software design and development of order receiving projects ranging from design consulting to software development order acceptance (client work) and machine learning domain consulting to software development
■ Company software design and development
We will collaborate with major automobile manufacturers and related suppliers to participate from the stage of concept development which is super upstream, and carry out in-vehicle software and embedded software development of our products. We visit customers a few times a week, making full use of engineers' unique perspectives and actively speaking.

☆ Introduction of unit system
We are working on each team for every single project. Depending on the scale,
The number of people ranges from 2 to 3 people to dozens of people. Basically, I will take charge of each project for 3 to 6 months.
We are doing a project assignment that emphasizes personal hope and career formation. "

Bachelor's degree
Programming experience in C or C ++
