Facilities Engineer/Business Development (Tokyo)
Shin ei Real-estate Business is a Building Management Company with its main branch located in Shinjuku. We are looking for a full time Facilities staff at our head office and other locations.
Facilities staff
We are looking for experienced Facilities staff to work in any of the properties that we manage. Since we manage many different buildings around Tokyo (with other branches managing buildings around Japan) you might be required to work at them along with the main branch.
As a Facility staff your job will include facility maintenance, i.e. maintaining and repairing all property assets as needed.
Requirement / Description
Japanese: Native / Fluent
English: Business
Work by shifts
Monthly salary: JPY 280.000 ~ 330.000
Company's apartment: Available (Rent: approximately JPY 20,000 / month)
Transportation fees will be provided
Foreigners and Japanese are welcome to apply. However for foreigners a valid working visa is needed. We will sponsor a prolongation when needed.
