Part-Time Immersion English Guide Duty in 2018 (October ~)
Job Description
Immersion English experience in the Tokyo, Odaiba area. Work in a world-class facility providing visiting students with various programs, including simulated experiences speaking English in daily life situations overseas in such places as airports and restaurants. There will also be programs dealing with science and technology, business, international contribution and international exchange, in which students discuss in English how to work out solutions or new ideas through group work. Escort and advise Japanese students taking part in the various weekday, holiday, and overnight programs. Participate in role-plays and encourage students to speak in English. Provide a scaffolding for conversation. Students range in ages from elementary school children to senior high school students.
Requirements
・Fluent English speaker
・Live in Tokyo area
・Valid Visa / Student Visa (Sponsorship not available)
・Fun, Friendly, Outgoing, and Responsible
・Teaching experience preferred, not required
・Japanese speaking ability not required
Working Hours:
5 to 8.5 hour Flex Shift between 8:00 ~ 17:30
Paid training will be offered in advance
September 2018 training on: 9/15, 9/16 and 9/17 (more training dates available)
*Must attend training before the actual work
