JOB TITLE: Corporate Recruitment Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Talent Management Department
LOCATION: Tokyo, Japan
REPORTS TO: Talent Management Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist the company's hiring processes (sourcing the candidates, advertising the job
openings, screening the potential candidates, make recommendations to hiring managers
and coordinate the interviews and communications between the job applicants and the
employer.
• As assigned, work together with (TMT)Talent Management Team to facilitate the hiring process countrywide (JAPAN).
• Support the hiring needs for the company's management and various business units.
• Screening job applicants for the specific job openings and make recommendations to hiring
managers.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Administrative and recruitment experiences in multi-national company environment
• Business level MS office and PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint
• Native or high business level language skills in both Japanese and English are MUST
• Positive and Proactive working attitude and high ethical and integrity standards
• Must work well in a teamwork environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
WORK DAYS AND HOURS:
• Monday through Friday
• Part Time : 3-4 days per week
Work location: Tokyo (3-5 minutes walk from Tokyo Station)
WAGE:
• Approximately JPY 1400 ~ JPY 1900 per hour (depending on skills)
• Commutation Allowance is provided
START DATE:
• As soon as possible, depending on background check
• Contract is renewed every 3 months
