WEBデザイナー/ Web Designer（期限切れ）

【仕事内容】

弊社のデザイナーは一人ひとりが、それぞれの強みを活かしてオリジナルな仕事の仕方をしております。
（UXに強いデザイナーはより上流に、実装に強いデザイナーはよりエンジニアと近く、、等）
基本的には貴方の強みを活かしたお仕事の仕方を推奨しておりますが、以下に一例を記載いたします。

◇UX設計
ユーザーニーズを汲み取り、サイト設計からユーザーの課題を解決する方法を考えていくお仕事です。
ユーザーインタビューなどを通して制作した、ペルソナ・シナリオ設計を元に
プロダクトマネージャーと一緒に、上流の企画工程から参画していただきます。

◇UI設計、ビジュアルデザイン
UX設計を元にWFを作成したり、ビジュアルデザインに落としていただくお仕事です。
プロトタイピングツールなどを利用し、ユーザーのためにトーン＆マナーを調整したりしながら、デザインデータを作成していただきます。

◇フロントエンド開発
HTML/CSS等を用いた開発を行う仕事です。
エンジニアとコミュニケーションを取りながら、実際にコードをgit上でやり取りし、高速に施策をこなしていきます。

・自社サービスの長期的・継続的なデザイン経験
・Gitなどを利用した、実務上のコーディング経験
・ユーザー中心でサイトを設計できるスキル
・エンジニアとの密な協業のご経験
・ディレクション・マネージメント（プロジェクト・工数・予算管理）経験者

■■ Example of how to work ■■
Each of our designers is doing our original work by making the best of each strength.
(UX stronger designers are more upstream, implementation-intensive designers are closer to engineers, etc.)
Basically, we recommend you how to do your best while taking advantage of your strength, but I will show one example below.

◇ UX design
I am going to think about ways to solve users' needs from site design through user needs.
Based on persona · scenario designs created through user interviews etc.
We will be involved with the product manager from the upstream planning process.

◇ UI design, visual design
It is my job to create WF based on UX design and drop it to visual design.
Using prototyping tools etc., adjust the tone & manners for users and create design data.

◇ Front end development
It is a job of developing using HTML / CSS etc.
While communicating with engineers, we will actually exchange code on git and will take measures at high speed.

【Welcome requirement】
· Long-term, ongoing design experience of in-house service
· Practical coding experience using Git etc.
· User-centered skills to design sites
· Experience working closely with engineers
· Direction · experience (project, man-hour · budget management) experienced person
