One of our clients in Chino city, Nagano, is looking for a bilingual Sales Representative to join their Overseas Sales Team.
As a member of the Overseas Sales team, duties include:
-correspond with overseas customers in Asia and Europe
-translate technical documents, emails and other business related documents.
-interpret English/Japanese in meetings
-identify and convert all sales opportunities
-respond to customer requirements, promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner
-resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service
-liaise with other teams within the business to ensure total customer satisfaction
-business trip to meet customers, mainly in China, Taiwan and South Korea in every or every two months
-attend customers from overseas, mainly from Germany, on their visit to the headquarter office and factories
Successful candidate must:
- have friendly and positive attitude
- have excellent communication skill
- enjoy work as a team
- have business level Japanese
- have native level of English
It is advantageous if you have prior experience in sales, or can speak basic Chinese.
Employment status will be decided based on applicants' past experiences and skills. It will be either permanent direct-hire or temp-to-perm. Trial period is set as the first 3 - 6 months of employment.
