描述

Are you…

Looking for a job teaching English? Would you be interested in teaching in a real school? Give yourself the chance to experience many of the rewarding aspects of teaching – being in the classroom with the students; seeing the understanding dawn in their eyes; getting to know them as people and seeing them grow and develop; and experiencing the fulfillment of knowing you are part of that development – while leaving aside at least some of the drudgery and headaches your colleagues in school face. In short, are you thinking of coming to Japan to teach English in an environment that both allows you to feel like a real teacher and experience real-life Japan as you work? Would you like to have the benefit of having veteran HR managers who are also veteran teachers backing you up while you do this? If so, please keep reading.

Would you like a more immersive experience and a better support system? At RCS, our mission is to provide the best possible teachers to teach the best possible lessons. To achieve this, we place the highest priority on providing support to our teachers from the moment they join our team. Our veteran HR staff also have a wealth of ALT experience for you to draw upon.

==========

We are currently seeking teachers to fill positions in the city of Urayasu, in the Chiba prefecture. We are accepting domestic applicants, but please be advised that candidates who do not currently have a work visa for Japan must complete the interview process before the start of the 2nd school term.

Candidates with experience working in Urayasu as ALTs are especially welcome.

==========

As the longest-running company in this industry, we have the experience and understanding of our teachers and their needs. We have a reducing turnover rate every year and boast a large number of teachers who continue to work with us well past their third year in the company – with some who have been on the team for seven or more years.

If you have experienced teaching English in Japan but are looking for a tighter-knit company where you will feel valued for your contributions and treated as a family rather than an employee, we invite your application.

If you are considering coming to Japan to teach English in a real school environment and want the right people backing you up along the way, we invite your application.

Our ALTs are immersed in Japanese-speaking environments where they can really focus on educating children both inside and outside the classroom. Improve and broaden your understanding of English education in Japan while working in some of the major cities of Kanto, close to some of Japan’s most renowned spots for nature, tourism, and nightlife. We are currently recruiting for experienced and professional English teachers who want to open the minds of young Japanese people - from kindergarten through senior high school in age.

==========

We offer:

* visa sponsorship and renewal services
* assistance in finding accommodation
* day-time working hours
* initial and follow-up training
* continued support from experienced foreign HR staff
* teaching support from our training specialists

==========

Previous ALT experience (especially at the elementary level), would be desired, but is not necessary. Those with a mid-level to high-level command of the Japanese language would also be looked upon favorably, as well those with teaching qualifications or other teaching experience. Driving ability also is preferable, but not required.

Although we do consider all applications carefully, only successful candidates will be contacted.
