Shin ei Real-estate Business is a Building Management Company with its main branch located in Shinjuku.
We are looking for experienced Facilities/ Electronic Engineers to work in one of our locations in Kobe ( Nishinomiya, Kikutanicho 12-6), closest station is Kurakuenguchi.
As a Facility Engineer your job will include facility maintenance, i.e. maintaining and repairing all property assets as needed.
Other information:
Transportation fees will be provided
Foreigners and Japanese are welcome to apply. However for foreigners a valid working visa is needed. We will sponsor a prolongation when needed.
