Facilities Engineer / Electronic Engineer (Osaka) URGENT!（到期)

Shin ei Real-estate Business is a Building Management Company with its main branch located in Shinjuku.
We are looking for experienced Facilities/ Electronic Engineers to work in any of the properties that we manage. Since we manage many different buildings around Osaka (with other branches managing buildings around Japan) you might be required to work at them along with the Osaka branch.

As a Facility Engineer your job will include facility maintenance, i.e. maintaining and repairing all property assets as needed.

Foreigners and Japanese are welcome to apply. However for foreigners a valid working visa is needed. We will sponsor a prolongation when needed.
