~About Us~

We are looking for restaurant manager for the 2018 end of August new opening restaurant "VinViande AOSHIMA”.

VinViande is a coined word that combines wine (Vin) and meat (Viande).
A well experienced 70 years history meat specialist will open a new business style restaurant in Aoyama Itchome. Serving 8 kg of Argentinian style cow meat in front of customers is our specialty along with the appetizers and some fine wine(more than 60 kinds).

Providing a relaxed atmosphere with jazz music.
We will keep our motto “make people smile from the bottom of the heart” strong by valuing our customers.

【Job description】
Restaurant management operation

·Sales management     Register management, daily report
·Staff management     Staff education, creating shift, delivery check
·Accounting management  Sales and bank deposit management

※1~3 month probation : No change in working condition
(Promotion will be made if we see potential)

·Japanese: Conversational
·English: Conversational
·None smoker

※Familiar with the knowledge of wine such as sommelier will be a plus


Minatoku Aoyama
Directly connected to Aoyama Itchome Station

      ③8 hours between 10:00~23:00

※Rotatating shift between the above 3.

· 2 days a week
· Special leave (Paid holiday, Winter vacation)
※Paid holiday will be provided after working 6 month.

· Various Social Insurance
· Transportation expenses paid(Maximum 30000 yen)

· Promotion and bonus(Depends on the company performance)
· Uniform rental

VinViande/ヴァンヴィアンド とは ワイン(Vin) と お肉(Viande)を組み合わせた造語です。アルゼンチンスタイルで8kg超の牛塊肉をお客様の目の前で提供する事を目玉に、繊細な前菜、60種以上のワインをお楽しみ頂きます。グランドピアノが置かれた店内は、Jazzが流れる大人の雰囲気の店舗です。

・売上管理  レジ開店および閉店作業、日報報告
・人材管理  従業員教育、シフト作成、発注、納品確認、棚卸 
・金銭管理  売上金点検実査、銀行入金、店舗小口現金管理
