Anime and games marketing business planning overseas（期限切れ）

We are a leading company in Japan's subculture which develops trading card games, social applications and character contents such as animation and music. You will be in charge of handling overseas operations (especially North America).

・Sales/Marketing
You will be responsible for planning and executing promotion strategies to North America such as trading cards, smartphone games, animation and game events. You will be the bridge that spreads our company's content around the world, and develop new business partners for our expansion in the North American market.

・Product Planning and Development
Plan and develop various goods of our contents (TCG, applications, animation etc.) for North American market.
　
・ Live entertainment & contents development
The planning, developing, producing of live entertainment aimed to the North America market, including live entertainment sports and music collabs with Japanese animation and games

・Event management, promotion planning
Coordinate event planning and management of our titles for North America.

◆Required Skills

・Native level English ability
・Business level Japanese
・Deep understanding of the North American market and culture
・Basic PC skill（Word・Excel・PowerPoint, etc)
・Good work ethic and communication skills

◆Welcomed Skills

・Sales experience for the North American market
・Marketing experience in Japan's subcultures(anime/games)
・PR experience
・Experience in planning music concerts and event

◆Qualifications

・College graduate
・JLPT N2 or equivalent

給与：
240,000円 (Fixed salary including 45Hrs worth of overtime (64,000円))

勤務条件＆待遇：
Bonus：年2回（7月、12月）
Salary raise：年1回（4月）

試用期間：3か月

勤務時間：9:30～18:00（休憩1時間）

休日：
完全週休2日制（土日）、祝日、年末年始休暇、
慶弔休暇、年次有給休暇(初年度10日付与)
※イベントなどで休日出勤の場合は振替休日有
