Are you looking to use your language skills and creativity in a business setting? With users from over 190 countries, FROM JAPAN is crossing borders by bringing Japanese products to consumers all over the world! We're currently looking for an SEO assistant to help us reach even more potential customers.

The role will initially consist primarily of English-to-Japanese translation of website content related to Japanese and international products and brands. In time, the successful candidate will gradually take on full responsibility for in-house SEO activities. Working closely with our SEO Director, you will have the opportunity to gain specialist skills in all aspects of SEO.

Our company includes employees from seven different European and Asian countries, and offers a friendly and open working environment that welcomes new ideas and rewards results. We also offer full assistance with visa renewal if necessary.

Responsibilities:
・ Translation (Japanese to English)
・ Content creation
・ Other SEO tasks

Requirements:
・ Native-level English language skills
・ Intermediate to advanced Japanese language skills (equivalent to JLPT N2 level or above)
・ Excellent written English

Desirable Skills and Qualities:
・ Experience using WordPress
・ Basic HTML and CSS
・ Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
・ Professional translation experience
・ Experience in creating content for the web (writing etc.)
・ Interest in e-commerce
・ Experience with or an interest in SEO techniques
・ Broad interest in a wide range of product categories and subject areas

Job Information:
・ Annual wage: 2,300,000 to 3,000,000 million yen
・ Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo (5 minutes from Kayabacho and Hatchobori Metro stations)
・ Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 (specific times are open to negotiation)
・ Full-time contract position (Potential for permanent employment depending on ability)
・ Employee Health & Pension Insurance provided

・ Transportation allowance (up to 30,000 yen/mo.)
・ Weekends and national holidays off
・ Paid annual leave (after 6 months)

必要があれば、在留カードの更新手続きも行います。
