Description

At Daizawa International School we are seeking a qualified and professional preschool teacher to help us launch a new sister preschool program, Kids On Air Preschool.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and facilitate a fun, creative, energetic, and positive educational environment for the children. Our schools use a Reggio-Emilia based approach, focus on the individual child, and give our students many outlets to grow in a variety of ways.

The position allows the candidate the exciting opportunity to be a part of building and developing a new school.

Position Qualifications:

・Must be of native level English proficiency (spoken and written)
・Teaching credential with 2+ years of preschool and kindergarten teaching experience
OR
5+ years of teaching experience in preschool/kindergarten
・Additional skills that will bring an interesting dynamic to the classroom
・Must be comfortable using an Apple computer
・B.A. in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Please note that candidates who do not meet the above qualifications will not be considered for this position.

We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.

Starting salary is ¥260,000 after initial probation period but is negotiable based on additional skills, experience, and initial performance.
