Château Des Bambini Montessori School, formerly known as Rainbow International Montessori School was founded in 1993, began by serving just 5 students. Over the years the school has evolved to having over 2,000 graduates.

Our comfortable classroom environment encourages diversity, collaborative learning, freedom for a child to question, think critically, and to express themselves confidently. These principles developed by Dr. Maria Montessori over 100 years ago designed to stimulate interest and ability to focus on a child’s individual talents and abilities.

The Montessori teaching methodology is uniquely based upon “discovery” through Montessori materials versus strict instructions. These elements all come together to create a truly distinctive and remarkable approach to education.
Our Teachers are dedicated to creating an environment that fosters a child’s independence and build confidence during this crucial developmental stage in their lives.

We are currently seeking up to two full-time classroom caregivers (teachers) that have experience working with preschool-aged children. Candidates for the position should also be:
- flexible to work with children and other caregivers to provide the best learning experience for the children;
- able to change diapers or willing to learn how to teach toilet training;
- ability to help create fun activities for children to work on and expand their cosmic educational learning experience;
- assist with keeping a clean environment for the children to work in;
- able to work in a team;
- provide communication to parents of the children on their day at school;
- and an energetic and cheerful personality.

The school is located in the center of Metropolitan Tokyo and surrounded by many international communities and embassies. We currently have ten caregivers at the school from all different nationalities and we are currently seeking for new members of our family as we grow our school.

The job details are:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 (18:00) with an hour break.
- A competitive starting salary between ¥250,000-310,000 and can be increased after a three month probation.
- Around 5 weeks of paid holiday (3 for Summer, 2 for Winter) and Japanese public holidays off.
- Transportation costs covered.
- Up to 5 sick-day leaves.
- Visa sponsorship.
- Uniform apron and shirt provided for work.

We are a Montessori school and we are looking for candidates that have either:
- Montessori diploma or certification
- An early childhood education diploma
- Over 5 years of experience working with young children, infants to toddlers (10 months to 3 years old)
- native English-level speaker
