業務内容：
-問題解決及び融資構成手配を含む、融資の予約に関するQA審査プロセス
-リスク・コントロールの管理
-慎重かつ専門的判断のもと、妥当な融資構成の決定
-取引チームのメンバーと連携し、適切な融資予約と顧客満足度の向上

必要なスキル：

・技術力および分析力のある方
・財務、経理またはそれに等しい業務のご経験がある方
・日本語と英語を用いた高いコミュニケーション能力
・組織力のある方
・自分で仕事が進められる方
・法的契約の内容確認及び分析

このコンサルティングポジションは、一定レベルのノウハウと能力が必要ですが、素質のある方であれば短時間で慣れる業務です。

Veritas Group is seeking a (part time or retired) banker in Japan with experience to consult on financial activities regarding Japanese loans for our company.

Consulting for Veritas Group is expected to grow into a full time position in early 2018.

If you have experience with Japanese loans for businesses then we are eager to discuss this possibility with you.

Responsible in the QA review process for loan booking (pre and post closing) in a consultative manner focusing also on the resolution of problems and the execution of complex loan structuring arrangements. Ensures risk and controls are followed as documented in procedures. Exercises discretion and professional judgment in determining appropriate loan structuring. This position works in close association with members of the deal team adding value to the proper loan booking and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

・Strong technical and analytical skills
・Finance, accounting or math background or applicable experience
・Excellent communication skills (Japanese & English)
・Excellent organization skills
・Ability to work independently
・Complex legal contract review and analysis

This consulting position requires a certain level of know-how and ability, but can be done with a low investment of time from the right individual.
