JOB DESCRIPTION
Social Apartment represents a new standard in what life in a shared property can look like. While one of the main concerns that most people have is the lack of privacy in a shared apartment, we meticulously design our properties to have the perfect blend of private space and public interaction. Starting from the stylish designer lounges, our residents have a variety of amenities provided to bring more fulfilling social interactions to their lives. These include in-house cafes, billiard rooms, fitness studios, business lounges, and rooftop terraces just to name a few. These spaces allow our residents to experience a standard of living that may be hard to achieve when living on their own.

We currently have more than 2,000 rooms in over 40 different locations across Japan: Tokyo and its close surroundings, the Kansai area (Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto) and Hokkaido. We are also aiming to expand overseas in the coming years, and are excited to see how our formula works in a different cultural context. But no matter the location, our company is dedicated to creating a residence where our customers can meet new people, forge new relationships, and enjoy the full spectrum of human interaction, all from the comfort of their own home. JOB TASKS
<Sales>
・Answering new inquiries / follow-up with existing customers (email, phone)
・Showing our properties to customers (foreign and Japanese)
・Social Medias Management (Facebook, Blog, etc.)
・Managing the website in English
・Occasional translation duties

<Marketing>
International Marketing will also be a big part of the job.
Promoting the company overseas (Web, Youtube, Press, &more), finding new ways to promote our services, finding new local & international partners, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
・Native (or near) English
・Being able to communicate smoothly in Japanese with customers and partners
・Other language skill is a plus
・Having some basic PC skills (Excel, Word). Additional IT skills is a also big plus!
・Must be currently living in Japan
・Good communication skills with other people
・Have interest in our Social Apartment and its global concept

WORKPLACE
Shibuya CrossTower 25th floor
2-15-1 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo

WORK HOURS
・10:00~19:00 (1-hour lunch break)
・2 days off per week (Wednesday+Negotiable)
・National holiday off, Summer & Winter holiday, Paid holiday and miscellaneous holidays

SALARY/BENEFITS
・Annual Income：¥3.5M~¥4.5M
※ Start salary based on your experience & abilities
※ 3 months Trial Period

・Salary raised twice per year (based on personal results)
