Position:
Associate Consultant
(Healthcare)

Responsibilities:
•Understand client’s business model, culture vision and short, medium and long-term growth goals for the Japan market
•To understand the client’s market place, competitors and opportunities to recruit the strongest talent in the industry
•Build a search strategy based on client’s needs to identify, approach and attract the strongest talent into the client
•To develop a network of decision makers and top performers in your specialized industry area
•To advise qualified professionals on their short, medium and long term career options building a long term professional relationship with these people
•To communicate and build relationships with contacts at existing clients including; hiring managers, Business Unit Heads, Partners, General Managers and Human Resource professionals.
•Be self Driven to exceed daily, weekly and quarterly KPI’s

Requirements:

•Ability to network through professional circles
•Pro-active work style and desire for high achievement
•Track record of success at work, sports or other activities
•Positive, out-going character
•Ability to communicate cross-culturally
•Japanese language is an advantage

Work hour:
M-F except national holidays, christmas vacation

Compensation:
3.36mil(Base)+Quarterly Bonus (Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec )+weekly incentive bonus
*Commission based salary
*Your base salary will be paid every month.

Our Office:
Aoyama tower building 16F(PH), 30 seconds from Gaienmae station(Tokyo Metro Ginza line), great view from the windows in the large sized office, comfortable work desk & chair, large personal space, newly updated IT system
