A leading machine tools manufacturer in Nagano prefecture is looking for a Sales and Service Engineer for their branch in Ohio, USA.

Our client is a front runner in supplying machine tools, semiconductor production equipment and automotive parts, and they are currently looking for someone highly motivated and passionate about results. This future manager in their US branch should be ready to put their best foot forward and be rewarded for it.

ROLES
- Build strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Occasionally travel interstate to provide repair service
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment/systems
- Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains equipment/systems
- Identifies malfunction of equipment/systems

YOU MUST HAVE
- Business level Japanese skill
- Business level English skill
- Open minded
- Familiar with US and Japanese business culture
- Basic computer skills

Experience in machine repairs are advantageous, but not necessary.
The successful candidate must attend 3-month training program in Nagano before transferred to their US branch.
