Berkeley House Language Center is seeking an experienced English instructor for the up-coming position for the short summer program at school in Mito, Ibaraki. We have been providing language learning services mainly in Tokyo for nearly 40 years, now expanding our business throughout Japan.

Currently, we've been urgently looking for some English instructors for daytime positions, one of which is as follows:

Location: a 10 minute taxi ride from Katsuta Station

-Monday 24 July 8.35-10.20 & 10.30-12.15
-Wednesday 26 July 10.30-12.15
-Friday 28 July 8.35-10.20
-Wednesday 2 August 10.30-12.15
-Friday 4 August 8.35-10.20
-Monday 7 August 8.35-10.20
-Wednesday 9 August 10.30-12.15
-Monday 21 August 8.35-10.20
-Wednesday 23 August 10.30-12.15

[Course A] Total 5 sessions
-Tuesday 1 August 8.35-10.20
-Thursday 3 August 10.30-12.15
-Tuesday 8 August 8.35-10.20
-Thursday 24 August 10.30-12.15
-Tuesday 29 August 8.35-10.20

This is at a school in Katsuta, but not only this but others at different locations are planned to start soon in July/August as well.

The ideal candidate should be a native speaker and a dedicated team worker; he/she must possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited university and be experienced in teaching Japanese nationals at all levels of English proficiency.
