Description

Are you looking for the opportunity to develop your career beyond the classroom? Rosetta Stone Learning Center is looking for well motivated and enthusiastic teachers who are ready to take the next step in their working life. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of HR Coordinator.

If successful in your application, you will work closely with Senior Management to assist with the recruitment of new instructors for our teaching team. Full training will be provided, so while some experience is useful it is not a prerequisite for this position. The successful candidate will gain experience in general HR, workforce planning, role design, training, and the recruiting and interviewing process.

At Rosetta Stone Learning Center everyone from the CEO downwards teaches. The successful candidate would also be required to deliver high quality lessons in alignment with our methods and curricula.

Position details
- 5-day week, including one weekend day (40 hours per week)
- Fixed monthly salary of 260,000-320,000 Japanese yen – based on experience
- Transportation fully covered
- 10 paid holidays (usable anytime) + paid school closures (Golden Week, Obon, Christmas day and New Year's)
- Orientation training (2 full days), ongoing on-the-job training, monthly company-wide training
