Part-Time Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking for a highly-motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant; this is a great opportunity for someone who is persistent with a love for music, and is interested in breaking into the music industry.

・ Company hours are between 9:30 - 5:30, Monday to Friday
・ We can be very flexible to arrange your hours as necessary
・ We will provide full transportation allowance
・ In the future, there is a high-possibility to advance to full-time


Responsibilities will include:

・Taking care of and visiting our current clients (the novelty goods stores), and maintaining our display and presence in the stores. Handing out sales materials. Client correspondence on phone, online, and in-person.
・Assisting with sales related administration tasks incl; incoming and outgoing phone calls, corresponding with clients, sales documents, etc.
・Music track production support and all business that is incidental to it (translation, interpretation, proactive lead generation, etc.)
・Assist with business development incl: overseas related communication with foreign studios, English communication, inbound business, tourism, etc.


Preferred Skills:
・Native English, German, French, Spanish, Italian speakers with English Ability preferred
