Sales Support / Inside Sales Representative (supporting to Japanese or Mandarin Market)

Responsibilities:
-Support Lead Generation for Sales (e.g: prospect qualification, scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation)
-Identify leads and conduct lead management
-Provide strategic advise and help solve technical issues
-The incumbent will be tasked to input data into systems, application and tools, consolidating and matching information for input.
-Validate information entered and possibly locate data errors to be able to execute data management request.
-Fast learner of technical skills and proactive in staying up to date on technical and product details.

Requirements:
-Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any field.
-3 years of working experience in pre sales, inside sales or telemarketing experience.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
-IT product knowledge is an added advantage or IT savvy candidates are essential.
-Experience working in contact center or outsourcing company is an added advantage.
-Applicants must be able to speak and write in English AND Mandarin (spoken & written).
-Basic salary + Quarterly incentives (Depend on KPI).
-5 Permanent position(s) available for Malaysian/ PR/ Expatriates (Work Permit provided upon approval).
