Position: Full time Preschool / Nursery English teacher in East Tokyo
School: Preschool / Nursery school in East Tokyo
Work time: Monday – Friday, from 9:30am to 6:30pm
Contract term: 1 year contract with WING Inc., (from April 2017-March 2018)
Vacation: Weekends, public holidays, seasonal vacation depending on the school calendar
*You will be asked to attend some of weekends in a year to participate in school events and/or for a sleepover day. In that case you will receive compensation day off or money.

[Compensation]
Base salary: 260,000yen x 12months including 20,000yen as a perfect attendance bonus*.
*Perfect attendance bonus is an incentive for a month you did not have any day off and tardiness for personal reasons. As long as you use your paid holiday for taking a holiday, you will not lose the incentive.
Benefit: Transportation expense up to 20,000yen/month

[Duties]
The lesson should be followed by a particular teaching method and a curriculum with provided materials. Submitting required reports to WING. Also, you will assist Japanese teachers outside of lesson time. For assisting duties, you will assist students at lunch, clean rooms, take students outside, and help students to change clothes.

[Teaching]
You will basically have maximum of 12 lessons in a week.

[Others]
1. You will have school lunch with other teachers and it will cost you approx. 3,000yen/month.
2. You must attend the three days training before start working at the school (training schedule: April 4th – 6th)

[Requirements]
Must be a native English speaker
Must have some experience at a similar level of school in Japan (preschool/nursery)
Must attend the three days training in April 2017
Must love children
Must be able to adapt a particular teaching method based on the training
Must be a team player

Japanese skills are plus
